Columbia Convent Institute is run by a registered charitable society. The Institute is located on a Pollution free area of 2 acres at Meerut Road, Raj Nagar Extn. Near Morta, Ghaziabad. The objectives of the Institute are to provide highly competitive, Personality oriented quality education to the students of nearby vicinity.
 
The school is run by the society on ‘ No profit-No loss basis: No building fee or security etc. is charged from the students. The society has made good arrangement for providing modern education. Columbia Convent Institute has been granted provisional affiliation by the Central Board of Secondary Education (here in after called as CBSE)  vide letter No.- CBSE/Affi./2130748/06/50766 -770 Dt. 26-12-2005 and Affiliation Code No- 2130748 was allotted. The upgradation to the Senior School Certificate Examination was granted by the CBSE vide letter F. No. CBSE/ Aff./2130748(SS-00089-0910)/79098 Dt. 29-04-2009. The Sanction for extension of  provisional affiliation was  granted by the CBSE vide letter No- CBSE/Aff./2130748(EX-00496-0910)/190114 Dt. 27-07-2009 along with upgradation to +2stage w.e.f. 01-04-2009 to 31-03-2012. Hon’ble CBSE Board has been pleased to great extention of provisional affiliation beyond 31.03.2012 along with approval to the upgradation to senior school certificate examination upto 31.03.2027.
